With more than 25 years of experience in academic libraries, Lisa leads a large portfolio responsible for delivering library services that support learning, teaching, research and student engagement. She is passionate about enhancing library services to meet the evolving needs of clients and is committed to improving equity, diversity, and inclusion within the library.

Tomoe Hanzawa

Director of Information Service

Tohoku University, Japan

Tomoe manages the Information Service Section of Tohoku University Library, responsible for general user services and rare, classical collections. She also takes on the leadership role in digital projects, including the recently launched ToUDA, a digital archive platform for researchers to comb through Tohoku University's rich array of cultural and academic resources.
